Refund & Cancellation Policy

All our products are made-to-order especially for you.
Because of this, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If you made a mistake in your shipping address or order details, please contact us within 12 hours of ordering at elaredesigns@gmail.com. After this period, the order goes into production and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
